Project summary
Second phase of the site-wide enhancement strategy comprising new zinc clad roof extensions for each of the 9 accommodation blocks.

The proposed scheme provides an additional storey of high-quality accommodation in the form of 51 new self-contained student studios across the site. The proposals would significantly enhance the energy efficiency of the existing buildings, as well as the amount of on-site renewable energy.
