Project summary
A new build student accommodation block featuring 36 bedrooms and associated communal facilities. Our proposed design offers a contemporary take on the traditional red-brick, slate roof-tiled terraces seen historically throughout this area of Manchester. The proposal features site-wide landscaping enhancements as well as on-site renewable energy.
